Licensing Update
Currently we are licensed in Virginia, we are expanding our reach and are in the process of obtaining licenses in Washington D.C., Maryland, and West Virginia.
We are planning a full east coast expansion from NY to Florida by 2027.

Apostle Paul Voutsas, born and nurtured in the vibrant heart of Northern Virginia, is intimately acquainted with the dynamic pulse of the DC metro area's real estate market. The progeny of Greek and South African immigrants, Paul stands as a testament to the rich tapestry of multicultural heritage, bringing a unique perspective to his work. As a second-generation real estate aficionado, he was steeped in the nuances of the industry from a young age, inheriting a legacy of profound integrity, unwavering persistence, and steadfast loyalty. Prior to founding PVIM, Paul Voutsas worked at Pappas Realty, Boosalis Properties, Lincoln Property Company and Kennedy & Co.
With a keen focus on the commercial realm, Paul has carved a niche for himself by spearheading the acquisition and negotiation of leases for premier new dining establishments in National Landing, showcasing his adeptness in elevating the dining scene. Despite his specialization, Paul's expertise spans the entirety of real estate services, grounded by a comprehensive understanding and versatile skill set.
Outside the professional sphere, Paul's passions lie in the great outdoors, where he finds solace in golfing and exploring nature's splendors alongside his loyal Border Collie, Kitkat.
